About
Personal Experience
Caroline comes to Leventhal Swan Taylor Temming PC with the unique perspective of having worked for roughly a decade in the arena of insurance defense. She began her legal practice by specializing in insurance coverage issues, but then grew her areas of expertise to construction defect, premises liability, and personal injury cases. Caroline’s experience is with a wide variety of legal claims from personal injury and contractual disputes, to claims of constitutionally vested property rights and complex construction defect matters, on behalf of clients ranging from individuals to large corporations. Caroline now focuses on representing clients bringing medical malpractice and personal injury claims. Caroline is a skilled orator and relishes any opportunity to advocate on behalf of her clients both inside, and outside, of the courtroom.
Caroline is a graduate of Tulane Law School, where she earned the honor of admission to the Order of the Barristers, which recognizes excellence in courtroom advocacy. At Tulane, Caroline was a member and leader of the school’s moot court program, both competing and coaching teams in national trial competitions. During law school, Caroline interned for both the Hon. Ivan J.R. Lemelle of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the Hon. Edith Clement of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to law school, Caroline worked as an educator in public schools on the island of O’ahu and in service of Teach for America. She’s also served on the board of a French-immersion public charter school.
Caroline lives in Denver with her husband and young son.
